Welcome to Anbu Trader. By accessing our website or availing any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Anbu Trader provides RTO service assistance, dairy product supply, and rental property facilitation in Puducherry and nearby areas.

2. Service Scope

Anbu Trader offers assistance and facilitation services including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle registration & RC-related services

  • Ownership transfer & address change in RC

  • Vehicle tax, fitness certificate & NOC services

  • Hypothecation services

  • Online RTO documentation support

  • Dairy products supply (milk, butter, ghee, etc.)

  • Rooms, houses, apartments & lodge rental listings

Anbu Trader acts as a service facilitator only and is not a government authority or RTO office.

3. Government Rules & Approvals (RTO Services)

All RTO-related services are subject to:

  • Puducherry RTO rules and regulations

  • Central Motor Vehicles Act

  • Government portals, inspections, and approvals

Approval is dependent on document accuracy and RTO discretion. Anbu Trader does not guarantee approval in case of non-compliance.

4. Fees, Taxes & Payments

  • Service charges by Anbu Trader are separate from government fees

  • Government fees, road tax, penalties, and challans are payable as per official norms

  • Applicable GST or statutory taxes will be charged as per law

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise

Delays due to government systems or inspections are not eligible for refunds.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide genuine and accurate documents

  • Ensure correctness of personal and vehicle details

  • Respond promptly to verification requests

  • Clear pending dues, fines, or legal cases

Anbu Trader is not responsible for rejections due to incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Processing Time

All timelines provided are estimated only. Actual processing depends on:

  • RTO workload

  • Government portal availability

  • Inspection schedules

  • Verification results

Delays beyond our control do not constitute service failure.

7. Application Rejection or Failure

Applications may be rejected due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete documents

  • Legal disputes or pending cases

  • Outstanding tax or penalties

  • Failed vehicle inspection

Re-application or correction may attract additional service charges.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy (RTO Services)

  • Service charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted

  • Government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances

  • Cancellation before submission may be considered on a case-by-case basis

9. Limitation of Liability

Anbu Trader shall not be liable for:

  • Government policy changes

  • RTO portal downtime

  • Inspection delays

  • Loss caused by incorrect customer information

Liability, if any, is limited to the service fee paid to Anbu Trader.

10. Data Privacy

Customer information and documents are used strictly for service processing. We take reasonable steps to protect personal data and do not share it with unauthorized parties.

11. Service Modifications

Anbu Trader reserves the right to:

  • Change service charges

  • Modify terms & conditions

  • Add or discontinue services

Updated terms will be effective immediately upon website update.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Puducherry courts only.

DAIRY PRODUCTS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

13. Dairy Product Scope

This section applies to all dairy products supplied by Anbu Trader, including fresh cow milk, butter, ghee, curd, and related products.

14. Product Quality & Freshness

  • Dairy products are sourced and supplied under hygienic conditions

  • Fresh milk is supplied daily based on availability

  • Natural variations in taste, color, and consistency may occur

  • Products are free from artificial preservatives unless stated

15. Storage & Handling

  • Customers must store dairy products properly (refrigeration where required)

  • Anbu Trader is not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage or delayed usage

16. Delivery Policy (Dairy Products)

  • Delivery timings are approximate

  • Same-day delivery depends on order time and availability

  • Delays due to weather, transport, or unavoidable reasons are not refundable

17. Returns & Refunds (Dairy Products)

  • Returns are not accepted due to the perishable nature of dairy products

  • Refund or replacement is considered only if:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or leaking package at delivery

Issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.

18. Health & Consumption Disclaimer

  • Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should consume products at their own discretion

  • Anbu Trader is not liable for health issues arising from allergies or misuse

ROOMS / HOUSE / APARTMENT RENTAL – TERMS & CONDITIONS

19. Rental Service Scope

  • Anbu Trader acts as a listing and facilitation service

  • Rental agreements are strictly between property owner and tenant

  • Anbu Trader does not own all listed properties unless stated

20. Booking & Advance Payment

  • Advance amount is fixed by the property owner

  • Booking is confirmed only after availability and advance payment

  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable

21. Rent, Deposit & Charges

  • Monthly rent, deposit, and maintenance are decided by the owner

  • Electricity, water, internet, and utilities may be charged separately

  • Rent revisions are as per owner’s policy

22. Occupancy Rules

  • Only approved occupants are allowed

  • Subletting is not permitted without owner consent

  • Tenants must follow property and local rules

23. Documents & Verification

Tenants may be required to submit:

  • Aadhaar / valid ID proof

  • Address proof

  • Police verification (if applicable)

Anbu Trader is not responsible for rejection due to documentation issues.

24. Property Condition & Damages

  • Tenants must inspect property before occupation

  • Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged

  • Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit

25. Cancellation & Vacating

  • Notice period must be followed as agreed

  • Failure to give notice may result in deposit deduction

26. Safety & Liability (Rental)

  • Tenants are responsible for personal belongings

  • Anbu Trader is not liable for theft, accidents, or damages inside the property

27. Short Stay / Lodge Rules

  • Valid ID proof is mandatory

  • Check-in and check-out timings must be followed

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited

28. Pricing & Availability

  • Rental prices and availability may change without notice

  • Property images are for reference only
